What’s on your mind?

The kids?

Can’t get it all done, need more time in the day?

Now, let me ask you…when was the last time you were in a large department store?

Ok, one more…when is the last time you shopped for something online?

That’s what I thought.

It’s 2017. So far…

Macy’s has announced that it will be closing 68 stores (having closed 36 stores in 2016) and plans to sell a portion of its massive Chicago flagship store.

Michael Kors announced that it will close between 100 and 125 stores.

BCBG announced that it will close about 120 stores.

More brick and mortar retailers closing stores in 2017 include Gap, Perfumania, Sears, Kmart, JCPenney, Gymboree, Ascena Retail Group (which owns Ann Taylor, Loft, Dress Barn, Lane Bryant, Justice), Bebe, Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess, The Limited, Gander Mountain.

The Nordstrom family has announced that it is considering buying out shareholders and going private after sales declined since 2014 in its full-line stores.

Neiman Marcus, on the heels of its sixth straight quarter of declining sales, announced in March that it was putting itself up for sale, then after a reorganization, announced that it would cut 225 employees.

“I’m not in retail,” you’re thinking, “What does all of this have to do with me?”

What if I told you it could be the key that unlocks everything?

The extra hours you need in the day. The time to spend with your kids. The additional income to make that change you’ve been wanting to make.

Everything is changing.

Let’s talk. I want to help.
